Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for supporting Default Nine. We put a lot into our merch and want you to actually like what you get. Read this before you buy, it’ll save us both some headaches.
1. All Sales Are Final
Our merch is limited and custom, so once you buy it, it’s yours. We don’t do refunds or exchanges unless your stuff shows up defective or damaged. If that happens, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix it. We’re not monsters.

If we screw up and send you the wrong thing, or your order shows up looking like it went through a woodchipper, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send the right item or replace it if we have it in stock.
